Thus it begins... the 4AVNow blog. While I, the blogger, am not new to blogging, 4AVNow most certainly is. "Why even bother?" you might ask. The main purpose is an attempt to give you a better idea as to what we do.
Rather than run down a list of all of the things that we offer - after all, a brief summary of that is already offered elsewhere on the website - we will use the blog to update you on the 'who, what, where, when, and how' of 4AVNow.
So, to that end:
Today promised to be a relatively uneventful day. It turned out to be the opposite.
This morning, we headed over to Danbury to meet with a group holding meetings at the Crowne Plaza Danbury and finalize the setup that we started last night. Nothing major; just a projector, screen, and a Polycom conference phone.
Additionally, we went to Hartford to set up an event for tomorrow - this one at the Society Room. For this, we will be using five of our wireless Shure microphones, a Mackie mixer, two Behringer speakers, and a screen (the client will be using their own projector for this one).
Finally, we setup and ran the event and struck the equipment for an event in West Hartford at Max's Oyster Bar. Equipment used: a Panasonic projector, a Duet accordion screen, Shure wireless lavalier mic, and a QSC speaker.
